About the role
Support two product teams at an insurance company as they move from waterfall to Scrum. 6-month contract, US Central hours.
What you'll do
- Run Scrum events for two teams
- Coach teams and product owners on agile practices
- Remove blockers and track delivery metrics
- Work with other scrum masters in a SAFe setup
What you'll bring
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master
- Experience with teams new to agile
- Strong Jira skills
- CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification
Nice to have
- Insurance or financial services background
